AV Gives is an annual fundraiser dedicated to the AV industry and it's communities. We are eager to jump back in with Rosie Riveters, year after year, to continue engaging and inspiring girls through STEM projects and showcasing Audio/Video as a career path.

There is no true career path that leads young students and innovators to the Professional AV industry, let alone younger girls who only represent less than 15% of our industry entirely.
We believe that by supporting STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) programs like the Rosie Riveters non-profit organization, we can intervene early in girls’ education to bring awareness to STEM careers such as those we occupy in Pro AV.
By sparking an interest in our industry during formative years of education, girls can pursue various schooling and/or training paths that would lead them to a career in AV, which would have a direct positive impact on gender equity and workforce development in Professional AV and Technology.
Campaign Partners
With our campaign partners, we are able to reach communities far and wide hosting packing parties and delivering STEM kits to their local elementary schools.
